These terms govern your use of R3D Renderer ("the Service", https://r3drenderer.com), which renders osu! replays into videos and publishes selected renders to the operator's own social channels. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
R3D Renderer generates video renders of osu! plays from publicly available osu! data (beatmaps, scores, and replays retrieved via the osu! API) and, for selected renders, publishes them to channels owned by the operator. The Service is provided for the osu! community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by osu! or ppy Pty Ltd.
Do not use the Service to break the law, to harass others, to submit content you have no right to submit, or to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure. Automated or bulk use that degrades the Service for others is not allowed. The operator may remove content or restrict access at its discretion.
Renders are derived from public osu! data; the underlying beatmaps, music, and gameplay remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for anything you submit and confirm you have the right to have it rendered. The operator does not claim ownership of the source material and will remove a render on a valid request from a rights holder.
Renders may be published to third-party platforms (for example YouTube and TikTok) under the operator's own accounts, subject to those platforms' own terms. Use of the Service does not grant you any rights in those accounts or their content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee that renders will be accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is offered free of charge for the community.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
