The videos on this site are user-submitted osu! replays. The audio in each render is whatever the beatmap uses. If you hold copyright in a song that shows up on one of these renders and you want it removed, email me at [email protected] and I'll strip the audio from that specific render. This is the designated agent address under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(2). [email protected] is a backup contact that reaches the same operator, but the primary address gets priority routing.

A valid takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) needs the /v/{id} URL of every render you're reporting, identification of the copyrighted work, your contact info, a good-faith statement that the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that you're authorized to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.

On a valid notice I mute the audio track on the specific render. The gameplay video stays up but goes silent. I keep an archive of the original audio for the life of the render so a counter-notice can restore it. There is no time window on that.

For counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(g), reply to the same address with the render URL, your contact info, your physical address, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. If the person who filed the takedown doesn't sue you within 10 to 14 business days, I restore the audio.

Repeat infringers get banned. Three separate valid takedowns without a successful counter-notice, and the account is done. All of that account's existing renders get muted in bulk. Takedowns that were successfully counter-noticed and not litigated within 14 business days are reversed and don't count toward the total.
