Privacy Policy

R3D Renderer ("the Service", https://r3drenderer.com) generates video renders of osu! replays and publishes selected renders to the R3D Renderer YouTube channel.

Information we handle

The Service processes publicly available osu! data (beatmaps, usernames, scores, and replays retrieved via the osu! API) to produce videos. We do not collect names, emails, passwords, or payment information from site visitors. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) may be retained transiently for security and diagnostics.

Site preferences and diagnostics

First-party cookies remember your site version and assign a random browser identifier. We use a keyed hash of that identifier to count site-version usage and technical fallbacks. These diagnostic records contain a page category and a fixed reason code, with no account details, full URLs, IP addresses, or user-agent strings. Reports cover up to 90 days, with expired records removed during routine collection. Your version preference remains until you change it or clear the cookie.

YouTube integration

The Service uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on the channel owned by the Service operator. It authenticates only to that single owner-controlled YouTube account to publish and update the operator's own videos. It does not access, read, or store any other user's YouTube account, subscriptions, or private data. By using this integration the operator agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Limited use

Data obtained through YouTube API Services is used solely to upload and manage the operator's own videos. It is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the upload itself (Google's APIs).

Revoking access

The operator can revoke the Service's access to their YouTube/Google account at any time via Google security settings.

Data retention

Generated videos live on the YouTube channel until the operator removes them. The Service retains no third-party personal data.
